First designed by Ercol founder Lucian Ercolani in the 1950s, this simple mid-century chair encapsulates the elegant style and craft that has made the brand a British furniture institution. Lovingly made by hand to capture that same passion and quality of the original design, to this day each Windsor Chair is made using the highest quality hardwoods within Ercol's British workshops.

About Your Delivery

A Heal's Specialist delivery

To ensure that your purchase arrives safely, fragile items or smaller furniture pieces are delivered via our own specialist one-man teams.
You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before.
Many items are delivered assembled so you only need to unpack them.
£25 … but FREE for orders over £500.

What happens when I order?

If your items are in stock we'll contact you within a couple of days to offer a suitable date.
If they're made to order, we'll contact you as soon as our suppliers have delivered into us.
Deliveries are Mon-Fri but Saturday slots can often be arranged for most of the country.

Hassle-free returns

All online specialist orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason.
Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture.
There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
